Barbell complexes have piqued my interest lately (mostly because all I have for weights right now is a barbell). A barbell complex is a sequence of exercises, done without rest, with a barbell.

This is a warmup complex I'm currently doing.
When I use a barbell complex for a warm up, I usually use a naked bar (a bar with no weight) or with a 5 or a 10 pound plate on each side. I got this complex from BFS a few years ago.

Perform 6 reps of each exercise without rest between exercises using a naked bar.
